LEADING JEWISH SCHOLAR ON JUDAISM AND THE NEW TESTAMENT
Amy-Jill Levine is a figure in wild demand on the international circuit
for her work on the New Testament and the Jewish background. As a practicing Jewish woman she
brings a unique perspective to this area of growing understanding.
Amy-Jill will speak at the Chapel by the Sea Uniting Church, Bondi Beach,
Thursday 9th July from
7.30pm. Her topic will be ‘Hearing Jesus with Jewish ears'.

The Chapel by Public Transport
The Chapel by the Sea is easily accessed by public transport. Take
either buses 333 (prepay only), 380 or 381 from the city (Circular Quay
and Elizabeth Streets) or train to Bondi Junction and bus from there.
Buses stop in Campbell Parade, 50 metres from the Chapel. SEE MAP
